About Northern Services

Northern Services Incorporated started in October 1999 providing on-site technical services and operational consulting to factories running CNC machinery. The team came from Komo Machine Inc., where they built the machines these spindles run in.

From 2006 the business has done one thing: spindle repair. That focus is why the turnaround is days rather than weeks, why the bearing policy is unbending, and why the quote is written before the work starts.

Don't fix what isn't broken

We do not maintain an expensive machine shop, and we do not re-machine worn components back to size. Authorised OEM parts go in, from a stock of precision bearings and parts held for the major spindle brands. It is faster, it is what the spindle maker specified, and it is what the six-month warranty stands on.

Getting you up and running, fast

A down spindle is a down machine, and a down machine is a queue of jobs not shipping. Standard repairs go back within 3 to 5 working days; an emergency service is there when the queue cannot wait. Our highest priority is a satisfied customer, and we go the extra mile for your business.
