What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you contact us, request a quote, create an account or place an order: your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of the equipment you ask about, and any photos you attach. Our website records the usual technical information a web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out repairs, ship and invoice orders, and run your account. We collect opt-in email addresses for our own internal marketing only. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Google Cloud (Firebase). Email is sent through Brevo, and photos attached to quote requests are stored privately with the request. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie when you sign in, and a cookie that remembers your privacy choices. We do not load advertising or tracking tags.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. Write to info@northsi.com or call 704-SPINDLE (704-774-6353).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date it took effect.
